Problem
The client needed to develop and adjust the existing contractual framework, interact with counterparties as part of claim-related work, regularly assess the created advertising materials for compliance with the law and the absence of violations of the exclusive rights of third parties to minimize claims from state authorities and copyright holders, as well as have a lawyer to represent its interests in the FAS on advertising issues
Project work
The contractual framework of the organization for working with counterparties and subcontractors was checked for legal risks and adjusted, including in terms of transferring to the client the rights to intellectual property created by subcontractors, the participation of the company's lawyers in the coordination and adjustment of contracts with counterparties was ensured, the preparation and sending of claims by counterparties - advertisers was ensured. Advertising materials are subject to approval by a lawyer before their publication, and representation of the client's interests in the FAS is ensured

Legal risks were neutralized when concluding and fulfilling contracts with counterparties, compliance with advertising and intellectual property legislation was ensured. Significance for the legal system as a whole - the number of possible violations of the legislation on advertising and the rights of third parties in the implementation of marketing activities by the client is reduced. As a result of the project, the necessary basis was created for the client's effective activities in marketing, including the prompt conclusion and execution of contracts with counterparties on both sides
